Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using RiseForFajr ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
Description of Service
RiseForFajr is a Fajr prayer alarm application that calculates Fajr prayer times based on your location and requires you to take a photo to dismiss the alarm. The app is designed to help you maintain consistency in waking up for Fajr prayer.
Subscriptions and Payment
RiseForFajr offers a 3-day free trial followed by auto-renewing subscription plans (weekly, monthly, or annual). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Free Trial
New users are eligible for a one-time 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.
Refunds
All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prayer Time Accuracy
RiseForFajr calculates Fajr prayer times using established astronomical calculation methods and your device's location. While we strive for accuracy, prayer times are estimates and may vary slightly from your local mosque's schedule. We recommend verifying prayer times with your local Islamic authority. RiseForFajr is not responsible for any missed prayers due to calculation variations.
Alarm Functionality
The alarm functionality depends on your device settings, including notification permissions, Do Not Disturb settings, and device volume. RiseForFajr is not responsible for alarms that fail to sound due to device settings, software issues, low battery, or any other factors outside our control.
Camera and Photos
The app requires camera access to dismiss the alarm. Photos taken are used momentarily and immediately discarded. They are not stored, uploaded, or shared in any way.
User Conduct
You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose — waking up for Fajr prayer and tracking your consistency. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app or attempt to circumvent any security features.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and code within RiseForFajr are the property of RiseForFajr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
RiseForFajr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RiseForFajr and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to missed prayers, missed alarms, or data loss.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
